How I look after your information

Last updated: October 2026

This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what your rights are. GreenStryde is run by Katelyn Prendiville, who is responsible for your information. If you have any questions, please get in touch through the contact page.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, company and message. I use these only to reply to you and to follow up on what you've asked about.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as which pages you visit, how you arrived, and your approximate location and device type. I use this, in summary form only, to understand what's useful and improve the site. It isn't used to identify you.

I don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Why I'm allowed to use it

  • Contact form: it's in both our interests for me to reply to your enquiry (legitimate interests), and, if we go on to work together, to take steps towards a contract.
  • Analytics: only with your consent, which you can change at any time.

Who else handles it

I use a small number of trusted services to run this website:

  • Web3Forms passes contact form messages on to my email inbox.
  • Google provides my email (Gmail) and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics.
  • Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from attacks. Like any web host, it briefly processes technical information such as your IP address.

Some of these providers may store information outside the UK, for example in the US. Where they do, they use legally recognised safeguards to protect it.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless we go on to work together. Google Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months.

Cookies

This site only sets cookies if you click Accept on the cookie banner. These are Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_…), which last up to two years. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser so you aren't asked on every page.

You can change your mind at any time: .

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to how I use it. Just get in touch through the contact page.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. I'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
